Your account data and trade journal are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database platform with encrypted storage at rest and in transit (TLS). Supabase infrastructure is hosted in the United States.

Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe. VSLLC never stores your credit card number or full payment details on our servers.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

ScalpClock uses browser local storage (not traditional cookies) to save your app state between sessions — for example, remembering your last tracked option contract, ticker selection, or entry price. This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

We may use standard browser cookies for authentication session management (to keep you logged in). These are essential to the Service and cannot be disabled without logging out.

We do not use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

We retain your account information and trade journal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

Backups may retain data for an additional period before being purged from our backup systems.
